InSay basically provides the means for counting the number of people entering or leaving an area. Hence, visitor statistics can be obtained correctly and reliably. Therefore any regulations can be applied accordingly. InSay can also be employed to measure the density of population in specific regions. System is composed of a report center and counting terminals. Users can query the visitor density information based on the (hour/ day/ year) and geographical location (block/county/district/town /city/country).
